The acquisition of Savion by Shell broadens Shell's global solar portfolio

Shell's ambition to establish an integrated power business as it advances toward being a net-zero emissions energy firm by 2050 is bolstered by the Savion purchase. Shell plans to sell more than 560 terawatt hours of power per year globally by 2030 as part of this goal, more than twice as much as it does now.
