About Philip Reeve
Philip has 40 years of experience in the global lubricants and additive industry and is now a director of ADLU Consultancy. He has a technical background starting with Mobil Oil and Exxon Chemical and held senior commercial roles at both Infineum and Afton. Recent commercial positions held include global account manager working with Shell and BPCastrol, global product manager, leading and implementing a global pricing project and developing business and marketing strategy. Philip is very knowledgeable in all aspects of additive and lubricant development from concept evaluation, testing, execution and launch plus managing pricing and profitability. He is a regular contributor of articles in Lubes’n’Greases magazine.
